Review comment:
       @aokolnychyi Yeah, i looked at option-2 but preferred option-1, as i 
think it would be more performant for many cases. Another idea i was thinking 
is, if it is possible for driver to broadcast a list of files to the executor 
and we only accumulate the index of the file instead of file name themselves. 
Not sure how expensive is to broadcast the files ? This still uses accumulator 
though :-(
   Intuitively it seems to me that we may not have a perfect solution that fits 
all the cases and was thinking if we could switch between implementations based 
on options.
