Review Comment:
   I don't think this comment is helping. It took me a minute to realize what 
it's trying to say. It should be something more like "project stats needed to 
evaluate the row filter". Or just omit it, I think it's pretty clear form 
context what's happening here. Comments should add value or be omitted.
