S3 bulk deletion batches by bucket alone, so a remainder can use the root client and a full batch can combine paths governed by different vended credentials. This keeps each batch scoped to its selected client and effective bucket. The regression tests verify routing, batch boundaries, bucket separation, and partial failure counts. Fixes https://github.com/apache/iceberg/issues/18263 Test plan: The new six-test suite failed in three expected cases before the fix and passes afterward. The AWS unit suite (241 tests) and existing S3 bulk-delete integration tests (4 tests) pass.
