Review comment:
       @rdblue Yeah.. i saw it Ryan. I checked the spark code and there is an 
additional check for deterministic status of the expression. Not sure for 
delete statement, we need this check or not ? Wanted to think through and 
discuss with you and Anton and thats why put a to-do.
