Thanks for the review @mxm! Rebased onto main and moved the change to Flink 2.3 only; I'll backport to the other Flink versions once this is approved. `TestDynamicCommitter` passes unchanged, and the regression test fails without the validator (two snapshots for one checkpoint) and passes with it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
