The stats schema says the bound is a struct. The table column type says that
struct is a GeospatialBound, which is why the reader checks GEOMETRY or
GEOGRAPHY before registering that class. A later non-geo struct bound would be
decoded as GeospatialBound if we keyed only off whether the bound is a struct.
