### Apache Iceberg version main (development) ### Please describe the bug 🐞 Since #2046, any commit that removes a dv is non-replayable (commitManifests sets noReplay), so a copy-on-write Delete/Overwrite on a file with a dv fails on an unrelated concurrent append. The flag protects against a stranded second dv, which can only happen when a dv is replaced while its data file stays live. When the data file is removed too, copy-on-write is already protected: rewriteValidator(removed) rejects any concurrent delete on a removed file. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
