It doesn't materially impact the outcome - all the licenses are accepted by our policy anyway. We can skip it and it would be fine, but then I'm not sure what we could say about that (and LLM will flag it again and again). I do agree that its growing the complexity here (and ideally it would live upstream in `cargo-deny`).
