## What - Reuse the last decoded residual for adjacent scan tasks with identical JSON. ## Why - REST responses can repeat filters across many file tasks, so parsing each copy uses extra CPU and allocations. ## Implementation - Keep one cache local to each task envelope and clear it for missing filters. ## Benchmark - Go 1.26.3, Apple M1 Pro, 1,024 tasks, median of 10 runs. - Identical residuals: 10.02 ms to 2.63 ms (3.8x faster); 75.8k to 30.8k allocations. - Unique residuals: 10.05 ms to 10.04 ms. - Missing residuals: about 2.6 ms in both. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
