I agree that consistency between row-level evaluation and metrics-based filtering should be considered before changing the existing NULL semantics. I'll avoid duplicating your implementation. Once the PR is available and the intended semantics are clarified, I'd be happy to independently review the changes and help validate the regression coverage, particularly for `NOT_EQ`, `NOT_IN`, and NULL-related predicates.
