I haven't been looking into this for a long time, but do we still need to make https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/17523/ a dependency of this one? As I see we made the `RootManifestFile` dependent on `ManifestFile` that goes against the intent of the "generic common parent" of V3 manifest list file and V4 root manifest file.
