`StaticTableOperations` is still used for the base table, since we are using an older version of table metadata as a read-only table. The difference here is that we pass the table based on `StaticTableOperations` through to create metadata tables, so that they use the correct `FileIO`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
