@rdblue added the changes we discussed. 1. Made a properties table 2. Updated namespaceExists to the original behavior - I don't see the strictness being needed at the moment. Question: 1. Should I handle namespace properties (set and get) and dropNamespace in this PR or open a separate PR for it? 2.
