The Spark 3.1 and 3.2 artifacts currently don't have the scala version in them. As Spark 3.2 adds experimental support for Scala 2.13, we should likely include our scala version in our project names. I've added `_2.12` to the end of all of the Spark 3.1 and 3.2 projects. Please let me know if there's a better way to go about this.
