Although I had a thought in #3457 to implement IncrementalScan for all_files table (to pass in from/to snapshots to filter), and then refactor the expire_snapshot action to use that. That would somewhat conflict with this change, as it doesn't seem clean to pass in cached manifest_file df to the all_files table scan, so we would pick one or another. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
