Review Comment:
   Thanks, is there any significance to s3?  Example, in this configuration are 
we actually expecting a value of s3://..., and treating it as equivalent to 
s3a:// and s3n://?   I guess my question is, if not, why not just have a list 
of (s3, s3a, s3n)?
