The IgnitionEx class has a validation that checks if SPI supports multiple grid
instances. However, the following code is used to check if it is a single
instance:
{code:java}
startCtx.single(grids.size() == 1);
{code}
In my case the grid size is zero, therefore startCtx.single is false which
triggers an error for SPI that does not support multiple instances.
IMHO the the following code should be used instead:
{code:java}
startCtx.single(grids.size() < 2);{code}
