Ignite 3.0 codebase doesn't contain common approach to work with a threads /
treadpools.
We have to do:
- move {{NamedThreadFactory}} from the {{raft}} module to the {{core}} module.
To discuss:
- introduce common {{IgniteStripedThreadPoolExecutor}} (now is used by SQL
engine )
- introduce common {{UncaughtExceptionHandler}}
