Ilya,
Have you updated your source code from ignite-3293 branch and created and
uploaded to S3 new package once again? It looks like you are using old version,
cause it should be detailed error stack trace in the log. It also again failed
at the same point (Cassandra tables recreation).
What EC2 image did you use? Could you please trigger logs collection
(https://apacheignite.readme.io/docs/aws-infrastructure-deployment#triggering-logs-collection),
cause you only attached some metadata and bootstrap logs. Once you triggered
logs collection, just wait about 1min. After that, logs from all EC2 instances
will be uploaded into folder on S3, specified by S3_LOGS_ROOT from env.sh
