The fixes of review issues is available at the PR.
Please pay your attention to the p.8. The *IgfsFileImpl#isFile* uses
*blockSize* to calculate isFile attribute.
I've added boolean *isFile* member to the IgfsFileImpl class.
Unknown block size const is added to the IgfsFile interface.
