Implemented hiding of popover message on section extend/collapse.
To test:
# Check that popover message is hide on extend/collapse of section,
# Check that work validation on save,
# Check that work validation on field values,
# Check that validation expand closed section,
# Check that popover is hide on extend/collapse of advanced section,
# Check that popover is hide on on quick second press on Save button,
# Check tooltips of Save buttons,
# Confirm of unsaved changes.
