Working on issue.
Prototype still not work. Seems one important case not covered.
Current stategy is to retry in case:
1) topology changed whyle batch processing
2) one of partitions already was supplied to another node
3) one of partitions not in OWNED state and cant be reserved
4) GridDhtInvalidPartitionException happens while applying entry.
Goimng to reanalize Andrey's branch.
