Done.
Important points:
- 3 modes to handle nested transaction added for flexibility.
- regarding pts. 3, 4 - {{commit()}} and {{rollback()}} calls should throw with
{{autoCommit=true}} per JDBC spec, this is what other vendors do, fixed
accordingly.
