One more reason why encryption should be decoupled from group IDs and cache 
processor, is that in future it would be used to encrypt other pieces of data. 
One obvious place is temporal query results. Currently we store everything in 
memory, what may lead to OOME. When fixed, we will spill intermediate results 
to disk. These results are not tied to any cache, yet they still have to be 
encrypted as well.
