[~agoncharuk], sometimes {{awaitPartitionMapExchange}} waits for not latest
affinity version. Then the latest affinity changes affinity assignment. I tried
to fix {{awaitPartitionMapExchange}}, but in such cases I couldn't see the
latest affinity version inside {{awaitPartitionMapExchange}} method.
