[~vozerov] [~amashenkov], I cleaned up a code a little bit. Unused
{{ExpiryPolicy}} argument was deleted from 2 methods
{{IgniteInternalCache#localPeek}} and {{GridCacheEntryEx#peek}}. Please review.
