Given plans to switch Edge from EdgeHTML to Blink soon, I propose to wait and
see if the issue gets resolved without our intervention. The issue is caused by
an unfortunate combination of position: sticky, scrollIntoView() and the fact
that Edge does not support experimental scrollIntoView options.
