Given plans to switch Edge from EdgeHTML to Blink soon, I propose to wait and
see if the issue gets fixed without our intervention. The issues is caused by
an unfortunate combination of position: sticky and scrollIntoView() and the
fact that Edge does not support experimental scrollIntoView options.
