It was observed after fixing possible checkpointer infinite hang in case of
assertion failure in
{{IgnitePdsCacheWalDisabledOnRebalancingTest.testRebalancedPartitionsOwningWithConcurrentAffinityChange}}
OOM does not reproduce anymore. Such effect was observed in multiple [TC
runs|https://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=IgniteTests24Java8_Pds4&branch_IgniteTests24Java8=pull%2F6602%2Fhead&tab=buildTypeStatusDiv].
Merged restructuring
{{testRebalancedPartitionsOwningWithConcurrentAffinityChange}} to avoid
hanging. The mentioned assertion failure shoud be investigated.
