OOM was stil reproducing after fixing
`IgnitePdsCacheWalDisabledOnRebalancingTest.testRebalancedPartitionsOwningWithConcurrentAffinityChange`
in scheduled TC RunAll runs. After that it was observed in logs that
`IgnitePdsStartWIthEmptyArchive.test` had been the last test before OOM. It was
ignored and OOM did not occur after a couple of TC runs.
