* Create new .NET Core project (2.x or 3.x): dotnet new console
* Install nightly build of 2.8.0: dotnet add package Apache.Ignite -v 
2.8.0-alpha20191118
* Open the project in any IDE (VS, VSCode, Rider) and start using Ignite APIs

There is no documentation in IDE tooltips. NuGet package is malformed.
