I've reviewed a PR and found code looks like a mess.
SchemaIndexCacheStat violates all principles of OOP and it's logic resides
outside of class.
Is it possible to extend (or may be wrap) SchemaIndexCacheVisitorClosure
implementations with statistics logic?
