[~antonovsergey93], PR look better, you are on right way.
Let's improve it a bit and remove statistic gathering logic (together with
rowFilter) from GridCacheMapEntry into SchemaIndexCachePartitionWorker.
to make GridCacheMapEntry code as simple as possible.
