OPTIMIZE is rejected at OptimizeStmt.
OPTIMIZE is planned as DML and builds TIcebergDmlFinalizeParams with
TIcebergOperation.OPTIMIZE and sets rest_catalog_name, so it can go through the
coordinator-local finalizer. The commit logic,
IcebergCatalogOpExecutor.optimizeTable, is pure Iceberg.
