No {{ALTER TABLE}} subcommand works on a table served by an Iceberg REST
catalog. The Iceberg-side helpers in {{IcebergCatalogOpExecutor}} already
operate on an {{org.apache.iceberg.Transaction}} and do not need catalogd.
