The summariser line tied to a thread group is including the time delay caused
by the setUp Threads on the first record to be processed. This can be
significant if the setUp Threads take more than a couple of seconds to
complete. The start time of the test should start after the setUp steps are
completed.
This error seems to have been introduced in JMeter 2.13 as JMeter 2.12 (and
before) works properly by not starting the timer until setUp is complete.
