I am attaching an updated patch that contains the root project for archetypes,
the command archetype and the karaf archetypes itests.
The karaf archetypes itests, has been built using the servicemix archetype
itests as base. However it uses upgraded versions of maven-project, maven-core
(2.0.9) and maven-assembly-plugin (2.0-alpha-5) in order to support archetypes
with extended required parameters (command archetype is one of those, since it
requires command scope, command name, and command description).
