Attachment: karaf-archetypes-patch.txt
1) Folder names changed to command and itests. The artifactIds are now
archetypes-command and archetypes-itests (to respect the naming conventions of
the project).
2) The generated command now display a message that indicates the execution of
the command.
3) The generated pom does not inherit from any project (parent removed,
dependency versions added as properties etc).
