Create a console command to generate a features.xml file and then a .kar file
for an application once it is successfully deployed into karaf. Because all of
the information to create a features.xml file will be available once a set of
application bundles has been deployed into Karaf, Karaf should be able to
generate the features.xml file. Once the features.xml file has been created,
Karaf should be able to generate a .kar file.
