I think this should be 3.x only feature (new feature, not only fix). But
otherwise my +1. I really like the idea. But still there are some open
questions:
1) how do we want to handle situations if more than one feature should be
produced?
2) which deps belong to which feature?
But still, after some fine-tuning I think this could be quite useful
