Scenario:
3 nodes are up and part of default group. When 1 node is shut down (it still
shows up as part of the default group on other nodes after shutdown) and a
fresh install of karaf(replace etc folder in specific) is done, the karaf
console is not accesible. The console asks for login credentials repeatedly and
login fails everytime.
