Scenario:
3 nodes are up and part of default group. When 1 node is shut down (it still
shows up as part of the default group on other nodes after shutdown) and a
fresh install of karaf(replace etc folder or delete cellar related cfg files)
is done, the karaf console is not accesible. The console asks for login
credentials repeatedly and login fails everytime.
