I installed the eventadmin feature since I already knew that an NPE would occur
if I tried to install cellar-event without eventadmin. This is the first and
only time I've ever seen that happen. I DO have to say, I didn't have
synchronous=true set for blueprint when eventadmin hung. So this may just be a
result of that. After I remembered that wouldn't have been set in Karaf-2.3.1
and set it, I had no problems with any features hanging when I installed them.
So those feature installation hanging issues may be just invalid issues that
are my fault and only need to figure out the CPU and memory usage issues. If
you think the hanging was only because of synchronous=true not being set, then
maybe we should rename this bug to reflect the CPU usage issue. I realize I
mistakenly ended up making this bug about two issues (I guess because the first
problem didn't happen against when I set synchronous=true).
