> 1) Open "Apache Karaf Installation" project wizard

> 3) Project location defaults to "{$workspace_loc}\project name"
> 4) Change project location to some non-default value, e.g. "D:\project name"

> The project is created at "{$workspace_loc}\project name"

> It does not make a difference if the chosen location is inside the workspace
