Summary: Cannot add a new location to the Karaf Target Platform

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a Karaf Installation Project
2) Open the karaf.target file
3) Click on "Add..." - "Directory" and add a local p2 repository (does not need
to be in the workspace, absolute path is fine)
4) Finish the "Add"-Dialog but do not save the karaf.target-file yet
5) Check the "Locations"-list: The new repository is shown
6) Check the "Content"-tab: The new bundles are added and automatically selected
7) Save the karaf.target-file
Actual result:
The location is removed from the list again and the bundles do not appear in
the content tab anymore.
Expected result:
The bundles are successfully loaded into the Target Platform and stay there.
Same problem appears when the repository is added directly to the Target
Platform via "Window" - "Preferences"...
