OK, the problem is that the MANIFEST doesn't contain the Bundle-Activator
header: so the activator is never called, that's why the services are not
deployed.
As the MANIFEST is generated by the maven-karaf-service-plugin, it's maybe an
issue in the plugin on Windows. I'm checking there.
