I can't say anything about 4.x. I have reported another compatibility issue
regarding jdbc feature (KARAF-3976).
Having no possibility to deploy DataSources (and in general also JMS Connection
Factories) as blueprint or spring xml is a show-stopper for us, so I have no
prepared and deployed 4.x container yet.
