Re-thinking about this, the CXF logging feature uses logging, so it requires to
have decanter-collector-log. In addition of this, as we have for Camel Tracer,
it makes sense to give alternative: providing a "native" Decanter CXF
interceptor collector means that the log doesn't change, but we send to
Decanter dispatcher (easier for SLA, etc).
So I will document the usage of CXF logging feature, but I will provide an
interceptor too.
