I think we should not create a separate interceptor. The CXF logging already
provides a very simple way to route intercepted messages thorugh the logging.
One advantage is that we do not need to create any direct dependency between
CXF and decanter. I think it is just a matter of documenting how to use the CXF
logging in decanter.
