The {{assembly}} plugin creates {{zip}} or {{tar.gz}} archives for a
distribution.
Relative to simplifying the assembly, it would also make sense to directly
create docker image, dockerfile, openimage, ... directly from the plugin (maybe
leveraging jib plugin).
This should be wrapped from CLI/Gradle/Maven.
